Mayra grew up in Chandler, Arizona. She attended Pima Medical (CNA). Mayra pursued a CNA position in hospice, but realized her passions lie elsewhere in the medical field. After 5+ years of front office experience, Mayra chose to work for TRUE Health. She wanted to grow with a company and work with others that shared the same passion when it comes to providing amazing healthcare through education and accountability. Mayra found this passion at TRUE Health! When you aren’t seeing her at the front desk, you can find Mayra painting, crocheting, and playing video games.

Dr. Jason Mulder has been a leader in healthcare over the past 8 years. He loves working at TRUE Health because he has the great privilege of seeing thousands regain their life and their health based on living the TRUE health principles. In his free time, Dr. Mulder has even been a guest speaker on radio and lectures on various health topics.
Clinical Director and Medical Provider
Lisa Porter was born in Tucson, Arizona, and grew up in British Columbia and Missouri. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and continued on to get her Master of Science as a Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix. She chose TRUE Health because she loves the multi-disciplinary approach and treating the patient as a whole person, instead of just their symptoms. When she is not being the incredible medical provider that she is, she might be watching a cooking competition show or cooking herself.

Dr. Addy Knutson was born in Gary, MN (a town of 100 people). He attended the University of North Dakota (Go Sioux) and NWHSU, where he received his Bachelor’s in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic, respectively. In his free time, he loves hunting, hiking, working out, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. His life goal is to own a nonprofit dog sanctuary where he can play with hundreds of dogs all day. If he could have one superpower, he would love to be able to remember everything he reads forever.

Naturopathic Physician
Dr. Sydney was born and raised in Celina, Ohio. She obtained her Bachelor of Art from Miami University in Ohio with a major in Zoology and a double minor in Spanish and Latin American Studies. After experiencing her own health issues, Dr. Sydney was inspired to pursue naturopathic medicine for the holistic approach to patient care. She moved to Arizona to attend Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (now Sonoran University of Health Sciences) and obtained her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (NMD). She then attended further schooling at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture and received her Doctor of Acupuncture (DAc) and Master of Science in Oriental Medicine (MSOM). When she is not with her patients at TRUE Health, you can find Dr. Sydney spending time with her loved ones, traveling the world with her fiancé, cuddling with her cat-children, teaching Jazzercise, dancing, singing, and drawing henna.
Soft Tissue Specialist
Amanda grew up in Illinois and ventured to Arizona in 2012 to attend the Arizona School of Massage Therapy. After working as a nurse for 4 years, she decided to follow her passion for massage and preventative medicine at Massage school. She chose to be a part of TRUE Health because she believes it is a new model of care that people are looking for, and she wants to be a part of that change. Along with being a Licensed Massage Therapist, Amanda is also a Licensed Practical Nurse and a Certified Nurse Assistant. When you can’t find Amanda at TRUE Health, you will find here paddleboarding, listening to podcasts and exploring new places in Arizona.
Exercise Therapist
Jenna Eckland was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, before moving to Arizona. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a minor as a Fitness Instructor. Jenna chose to join TRUE Health because she loves the collaborative approach of different providers and treating more than just her patients’ symptoms. When she isn’t showing our patients new stretches, you can find her playing different sports or cooking up spaghetti squash.
Medical Assistant
Mina Soliman was born in Cairo, Egypt, and spent his childhood growing up in Montreal, Canada. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Informatics. Mina loves working for TRUE Health because he gets to be hands-on with patients every day, while learning from an experienced and talented team. His experience working for TRUE Health solidified his journey in becoming a clinician even more as he has watched and encouraged so many patients to achieve their goals and become happier and healthier overall. When he is not changing lives, he is watching and playing basketball, or collecting sneakers.
Brand Marketing Specialist
Glory Craun was raised in Snowflake, AZ. She is currently attending Arizona State University with a major in Medical Studies and a minor in Business. Glory chose to join the TRUE Health Team because she believes in the company’s vision and enjoys the collaborative team environment. She enjoys going on walks, reading, watching crime shows, art, and trying new things.
