We accept most major health insurances for our Primary Care and medical services. Our membership based services are not covered by insurance.

Medicare does cover the cost of a number of medical treatment options, including certain injections. However, we have certain non-covered treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and more.

TRUE Health does not currently accept AHCCCS. You would be charged the cash price for the consult, exam and x-rays for $75.

Yes, we do offer financing options through Care Credit and Green Sky.

Integrative medicine is the practice of medicine that focuses on the whole person and makes use of several different therapeutic approaches, healthcare professionals, and disciplines to achieve optimal health and healing.

 

It combines state-of-the-art, conventional medical treatments with other therapies that are carefully selected and shown to be effective and safe. By shifting the traditional disease-centered focus of medical care to a more patient-centered approach, integrative medicine addresses the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms or a diagnosis.

We believe that health care can be done differently. Our goal is to work with each patient to help them live their best lives and to take charge of their health. Our team meets twice daily to discuss patient progress and craft treatment individualized treatment plans fit for our patients unique needs.

During your visit, you and your provider will review your patient information form, explore the root causes of your illness, and help you understand how emotional, environmental, physical, and social factors might be interfering with your body’s ability to heal. Your provider will also conduct a brief examination and partner with you to develop a unique, personalized treatment plan based on your needs and goals.

Please bring your insurance card and ID to your first appointment, along with your New Patient Paperwork and a list of your medications, including over the counter medicine, supplements, and the results of recent lab work and X-rays (within the last year). We always encourage the attendance of a family member or caregiver.

We treat acute problems such as cough, flu, sore throats, stomach ache, sprains, and other common medical complaints, however we are not emergency medicine. If you have a medical emergency, you should go directly to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

Yes! Since we take an integrative approach to your medical care you may be referred for imaging or prescribed medication as part of your treatment plan. However, we do NOT prescribe or carry Opioids (Schedule II Narcotics), Stimulants (Schedule II Controlled Substances), or Medical Marijuana (Schedule 1 Controlled Drug).

Yes! We treat all ages from infants and up.
