Absolutely, we have reduced pricing for cash pay and work with a number of financers including Care credit to make your care affordable.

A welcoming and supportive staff that make you feel warm and comfortable. Followed by a thorough exam with one of our highly qualified providers, who will take the time to review your intake including your history. Order necessary tests. Whenever possible make recommendations and start or schedule your treatment plan.
Please bring your insurance card and ID, along with your new patient paperwork if you haven’t filled it out online. Please bring any labs or test results from the past 90 days. If you have diabetes, please bring your daily blood sugar log. Lastly bring a smile and some hope for your future.
We are partnered with both local hospitals and urgent cares. We will make referrals as necessary.
Not currently, but we hope to be able to help those struggling with Type I diabetes in the future.
